We are committed to improving the communities in which we live and work and this commitment is evident across all aspects of our business.
First, it is about creating opportunities for safe, comfortable and education-based working environment for our employees. We want learn and develop to better what we do. We are working on creating conditions for appropriate working environment on rolling basis, as we realise that above other aspects, it affects efficiency and effectiveness of our business.
Second, it is about improving lives of people by developing impact of innovation technologies and its integration. We believe that we do make a difference and that our impact is value-adding, and it drives us to enhance.
Other than that we cultivate the principles of free market and the rule of law in cooperating with all our counterparts and partners, and make difference by bringing the world's best practices of business operations into the local business acumen. It is not that easy taking into account local cognitive bias, but there is nothing impossible at the same time. And we believe that we succeeded sufficiently on this path in 2014, and keep following it that way.
Lastly, we are one of the major contributors to the social welfare. For instance, in 2013 our company was one of the most sufficient contributors into the state budget, and part of it was about impacting Infrastructure Development and Reconstruction of Education Institutions.
